Silver-Line Plastics offers a competitive benefits package to all full-time employees. Benefits include:
- Seven (7) company recognized holidays.
- Company Paid Time Off (PTO) - Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees accrue as follows: 24 hours after six months; additional 40 hours after one year; 104 hours after three years; 144 hours after 10 years and 184 hours after 20 years.

- Company provided Life Insurance - No cost to the employee. Coverage includes $10,000 on the employee and $2,500 for each dependant.
- Voluntary Group Life Insurance - At competitive group rates through weekly payroll deductions, employees may elect voluntary life insurance for themselves and dependants.
- Short Term Disability - At no cost to the employee, coverage for a non-occupational injury is covered for 26 weeks at 66.67% of the employee's weekly wage.
- Attendance Bonus Plan - Quarterly perfect attendance is rewarded with $100 bonus or opportunity to improve employee standing in the occurance point system.
