Production Shifts

Silver-Line has four Production shift schedules:

A-shift
B-shift
C-shift
D-shift
Our four production shifts work 9:00 to 9:00 either days or nights. The current schedule allows employees off every other weekend.

Employment Application

Online Application - Use this online pdf form to fill out our employment application and submit through e-mail (use the 'Send Application Now' button at the bottom of the form). You must have an email client setup (such as Microsoft Outlook) for the send button to function properly.

Mail-In Application - Use this Word document to print out our employment application, fill in the required information, and mail to Silver-Line's HR Department. You must right click on the application link and 'Save Target As...', after saving the file, it can then be opened and printed. This application should be mailed to:
