Production employees should be able to work in a team environment that requires communication. Simple math skills as well as the ability to read a tape measure are essential. Production shifts are 12 hours in length, can be days, or nights with a night shift incentive. Regular lifting of 30 lbs. is expected. Silver-Line promotes a tobacco and drug free environment.
