Pansy Holbrook

Our friend, Pansy Marie Holbrook, quietly passed away on April 25, 2019.

Ms. Pansy was many things to many people.  She was a devout Christian, loving wife, devoted mother and good friend.  To most of us, she was the voice of Silver-Line.  From August 1980, until December 2009, she served graciously as our Customer Service Representative.  During those 29 years, she worked diligently to meet the needs of our customers and to represent Silver-Line in a caring, friendly and professional manner.  In that key role, she assisted countless customers, and developed life-long relationships both with her customers and her co-workers.  Here are a few comments from those who worked most closely with her:

“No matter who she was around, she was always uplifting and made you feel great.” – Belinda Mumm, Customer Service

“Pansy was the most caring and giving person I’ve ever known.  She was a great co-worker and an even better friend.” –  Charles Laws, Sales Representative

“Pansy’s optimism was contagious and she personified Customer Service.  She was dedicated to Jesus, her family, her friends, and to Silver-Line.  She will be missed by all who knew her.” – Chuck Walker, VP, Sales & Marketing

Her love for Silver-Line and family were not exclusive of each other.  Her oldest son, Robert, is currently a Sales Representative for us.  And, her youngest son, Conrad, worked with us for 20 years.  When we needed her, Pansy would come back after her retirement and fill in for us in the Customer Service Department. And, when she did, it was like she had never left. Ms. Pansy may be gone from this world, but she will not be forgotten, and her mark on our Company will never be erased.
