STANDARD WARRANTY
LIMITED WARRANTY AND LIMITATIONS OF REMEDY: Silver-Line Plastics Corporation warrants its products to be free of defective material and workmanship for a period of one year form the date of initial sale. Its liability shall be limited to the replacement of any product actually found to be defective, upon written notice to it and return of the defective product as provided herein. THE BUYER SHALL HAVE NO OTHER REMEDY (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST SALES, INJURY TO PERSON OR PERSONAL PROPERTY, LABOR OR CONSTRUCTION COSTS OR ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGES).
The sole purpose of this stipulation of exclusive remedy shall be to provide
the buyer with free replacement of the defective product in the manner provided
herein. The exclusive remedy shall not be deemed to have failed of its essential
purpose so long as Silver-Line Plastics Corporation is willing and able to
replace the defective product in the described manner.
The buyer shall not be required to deliver a defective part to Silver-Line Plastics Corporation if:
a. The product was destroyed as a result of its defect or of any defect in
any product covered by this warranty, AND
b. Silver-Line Plastics Corporation is reasonably satisfied that the product
was defective at the time of initial sale.
NOTICE TO THE BUYER:
IN THE ABSENCE OF A SPECIFIC, EXPRESS WARRANTY APPLICABLE TO A PARTICULAR PRODUCT, THIS STANDARD WARRANTY APPLIES TO ALL PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED BY SILVER-LINE PLASTICS CORPORATION.

• Silver-Line Yellow Gas PE 2406 Pipe & Tubing will reimburse up
to $5.00 per linear foot for reasonable direct labor charges to remove and
replace defective gas pipe or tubing.
